Mushtaq Mahar assumes charge as city police chief

KARACHI: Mushtaq Ahmed Mahar accepted charge as Extra Overseer General of Police (AIGP) Karachi on Sunday the second day of Eid. 
In the wake of expecting charge Mahar touched base at the central station and surveyed the Eid security arrange and examined security issues with his officers. 


Mahar has been named as the AIGP Karachi after his forerunner Ghullam Qadir Thebo was delegated as Director Against Defilement on Friday.
