KARACHI: No less than 11 individuals have passed on in downpour related episodes in Karachi since substantial deluge hit the city Thursday evening.
As per salvage sources, the dominant part of passings occurred because of electric shock.
Salvage authorities said that a man and a kid were shocked in Orangi No.10 and Nazimabad, separately.
Independently, a unidentified man was shocked in Cantt station, one in Malir Birohi Goth and two in Sher Shah region.
Two other men were shocked in Khyber Chowk and Afridi Chowk in Itehad town.
In the interim, Magistrate Karachi Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui went to Maripur, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Lyari, Saddar and M.A Jinnah Street after downpour and examined depleting of water and nullahs.
He coordinated the officers that water ought not aggregate on streets.
