ATC Grants Rangers 90 Day Custody Of MQM Leader Qamar Mansoor

KARACHI: Muttahida Quami development (MQM) pioneer Qamar Mansoor was set in the authority of the Officers on a 90-day remand by a Hostile to Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday. 
Amid procedures the legal advisor for Officers expressed that Mansoor is blamed for leading provocative discourses and should be cross examined further.

Mansoor in his announcement to the court said he was experiencing back agony throughout the previous 17 years and obliged prescription. The ATC coordinated that a therapeutic report be submitted inside of seven days. 

Prior on Monday Mansoor was sent into Officers authority on travel remand. 

The senior MQM pioneer was captured alongside individual Rabita Board of trustees part Kaif-ul-Wara in a pre-sunrise strike on the party's Nine Zero base camp on July 17 on charges of 'organizing and encouraging' contempt discourses against the populace of Karachi. 

Kaif-ul-Wara was later discharged on the affirmation that he would answer to the Officers after Eid.
