British-Era Chandelier At Taj Mahal Crashes Down From The Ceiling

AGRA (Web Work area) – A 60-kg English time copper ceiling fixture at the primary passageway of seventeenth century Taj Mahal smashed down as of late, inciting the Archeological Review of India (ASI) to start a test into the matter.
The six-feet high and four-feet wide ceiling fixture, talented by Ruler Curzon and introduced at the Illustrious Door of Taj Mahal in 1905, tumbled down not long ago, NDTV reported.

The landmark of affection soon transformed into a frenzy zone as vacationers began running towards the way out door.

A test under ASI's superintending paleologist Bhuvan Vikram has been started into the matter.

In spite of the fact that there was no official word in respect to what brought about the light fixture to fall, the NDTV cited its sources saying it most likely descended because of "maturing and wear and tear”.
"Fortunately, there was nobody around or else it would have brought about a noteworthy disaster," a vacationer aide Ved Gautam said.

Taking after the occurrence, Agra ASI boss Bhuvan Vikram Singh had said that the choice to alter the crystal fixture would be taken strictly when precisely looking at its structure and its current state.

In the interim, some vacationer aides have blamed the ASI authorities for "gross carelessness" and scrutinized their ability in taking care of the landmark's antiquities.
