The peak court has requested a clarification over holding the surveys in three stages with deferral.

ECP's guidance Munir Paracha set forth the proposed calendar of decisions in Punjab and Sindh. The calendar suggests holding of decisions in three stages with the first on November 14, second on November 29 and the third on December 19.

Equity Khawaja said the ECP ought to present purposes for extending races until November and December.
Later, becoming aware of the case was deferred till Thursday.
