Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant Issued For Former IPL Boss

MUMBAI: An extraordinary court issued a non-bailable capture warrant for previous Indian Chief Group (IPL) supervisor Lalit Modi on Wednesday. 

As indicated by Indian media the warrant was issued in the IRS evasion body of evidence against Modi. 
Previous IPL boss Modi left India in 2010 in the midst of claims of expense avoidance and IRS evasion. He has declined to return refering to dangers from the mafia.
