Pakistan-India Security Advisers Meeting Proposed For Aug 23

ISLAMABAD: New Delhi has recommended August 23–24 as proposed dates for a meeting in New Delhi between Pakistan's National Security Guide Sartaj Aziz and his Indian partner Ajit Doval. 
Pakistan has so far not affirmed any dates for the NSA-level meeting, yet Outside Office is relied upon to formally answer to the Indian proposition by the second week of August. 


Leader Nawaz Sharif met Indian Head administrator Narendra Modi met on the sidelines of the Shanghai Collaboration Association's (SCO) meeting on July 10 in Ufa where both sides consented to have a progression of gatherings including one between the national security counsels to talk about all issues identified with terrorism. 

On Saturday, Pakistan said that it is observing the circumstance hanging in the balance of Control and Working Limit and additionally evaluating provocative proclamations from New Delhi in the wake of the Gurdaspur terrorist assault, and will choose in a couple of days whether to acknowledge the dates proposed by Delhi. 

A senior Pakistani representative included in the process affirmed to The News that Pakistan had gotten the proposition from New Delhi. 

"Yes we have gotten the proposition from the Administration of India yet at this time we are checking the circumstance and our reaction will rely on upon how the circumstance advances in the nearing days. We have not affirmed these dates but rather give us a couple of days to choose", the ambassador said.
