GILGIT: A Hostile to Terrorism Court has issued non-bailable capture warrants for Muttahida Qaumi Development (MQM) boss Altaf Hussain regarding a body of evidence over his announcement against security establishments.
An ATC judge Raja Shahbaz Khan heard the case and requested arrangement of Joint Examination Group for the capture of Altaf Hussain. He guided that the group be sent to MQM Home office for MQM boss' capture.
Three cases had been enrolled in Gilgit under Hostile to Terrorism Act against Altaf Hussain for his announcement against Pak Armed force. Two cases were held up in Ghazar, two in Skardu and one in Ghanche.
In the mean time, a body of evidence against Altaf Hussain was additionally enlisted in Thana Kandial. The case was held up for the benefit of a national named Hakim Muhammad Aslam.
So far 100 bodies of evidence have been stopped against the MQM Boss crosswise over Pakistan.
