Behram was chosen to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa get together's PK-93 seat in Upper Dir amid the 2013 general decisions with 13,580 votes.
Behram's scholarly degree had been tested in the tribunal by Pakistan Individuals' Party's (PPP) Sahibzada Sanaullah, who was the runner-up hopeful with 9,799 votes.
