Justice Jawwad S Khawaja Sworn In As Chief Justice Of Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Equity Jawwad S. Khawaja was confirmed as the 23rd Boss Equity of Pakistan on Monday to serve in the commended position for only 23 days until his retirement on September 10. 

President Mamnoon Hussain directed the promise in a function went to by Leader Nawaz Sharif, three administrations boss and government pastors. 

He will figure among the boss judges who have served the briefest of residencies. Preeminent Court judges resign when they meet the obligatory age limit. 

Equity Khawaja succeeds active Boss Equity of Pakistan Equity Nasirul Mulk who had a renowned legal profession. 

On September 10, Equity Anwar Zaheer Jamali will be confirmed as the boss equity to hold the desired space for 15 months. 

Equity Jawwad S Khawaja was conceived on September 10, 1950, in Wazirabad, Region Gujranwala. He did his graduation in expressions in 1971 from the FC School, Lahore, and LLB from the Punjab College Law School, Lahore in 1973. 

He then got an Experts (LLM) degree from the College of California, Berkeley, in 1975. From that point, he was selected as supporter of the High Court in 1975 and as promoter of the Preeminent Court in 1985. He stayed in lawful practice until his arrangement as a judge of the Lahore High Court on April 21, 1999. 

Equity Khawaja surrendered his sacred residency on Walk 19, 2007 after the suspension of Boss Equity Iftikhar Chaudhry by military tyrant Pervez Musharraf. He then remained Educator of Law at the Lahore College of Administration Sciences (LUMS) and headed the Bureau of Law and Arrangement until his arrangement as a judge of the Preeminent Court on June 5, 2009.
